At Summit Medicine and Pediatrics, our patient-driven Direct Access Medicine® practice offers you a more valuable and enjoyable healthcare experience with greater flexibility to meet your changing medical needs and preferences than both standard medicine and Concierge Medicine models of healthcare delivery.

All patients – at every service level – receive impeccable, compassionate care. This means each and every patient has access to Dr. Lucherini 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week. It means no waiting. The doctor sees you within minutes of your scheduled appointment time, and you have extended time for your office visit, so there’s ample time to discuss ALL your health concerns and issues. We include convenient, on-site lab collection for orders we issue, as well as for orders from your other physicians. Summit Medicine and Pediatrics takes a proactive approach, ensuring effective communication and follow-up with your doctors, our staff and your specialists.

We have flexible service levels that enable us to adjust with you and help you manage your health needs with ease.

Our medical practice is currently at full capacity, and we invite you to participate in our Future New Patient Campaign. Your first step is to contact our office at 480-981-9000 and schedule a free, no-obligation 30 minute meet-and-greet appointment with Dr. Mike. During this non-medical appointment, Dr. Mike will review Summit Medicine and Pediatrics’ services and pricing, and see if our Direct Access Medicine® practice is just right for you. Next, you’ll make payment of a one-time, non-refundable $250 Reservation Fee per patient, and we’ll place you next in line for participation on our Future New Patient List. As established patients come to no longer require care from us, we will notify, in the order in which each Future New Patient has paid their Reservation Fee, our next new patient, assist the new patient in completing all engagement paperwork, and begin providing Direct Access Medicine® care for our new patient.  It is important to understand that payment of a $250 Reservation Fee is non-refundable, and that engagement in healthcare services is neither implied nor expected until each Future New Patient is awarded their place in the practice. A place in our practice will be guaranteed to all Future New Patients within six (6) months of having paid their $250 non-refundable Reservation Fee.

As an Internist and Pediatrician, Dr. Lucherini provides care for the entire family, with convenient and affordable Family Service Levels. Family service levels are for members of the immediate family (2 generations), and all members of the family participate at the same level.

Our patients pay all monthly fees automatically by credit card or electronic check on or after the 25th of each month for services rendered during the month. We address any additional fees automatically by credit card or electronic check on the day of service.
