At Summit Medicine and Pediatrics our patient-driven Direct Access Medicine® practice offers you better healthcare and greater flexibility to meet your changing needs and preferences.

All patients – at every service level – receive impeccable, compassionate care. This means each and every patient has access to Dr. Lucherini 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It means no waiting. The doctor sees you within minutes of your scheduled appointment time; and you have extended time for your office visit, so there’s ample time to discuss your health, your concerns and issues. We include convenient, on-site lab collection for orders we issue, as well as orders from your other physicians. Summit Medicine and Pediatrics takes a proactive approach, ensuring effective communication and follow-up with your doctors, our staff and your specialists.

We have flexible service levels that enable us to adjust with you and help you manage your health needs with ease.

With a one-time $150 participation fee per patient, we can initiate your care: handling all the details to gather, transfer and input your health records and setting up your electronic health records.

As an internist and pediatrician, Dr. Lucherini provides care for the entire family, with convenient and affordable Family Service Levels. Family service levels are for members of the immediate family (2 generations), and all members of the family participate at the same level.

Our patients pay all monthly fees automatically by credit card or electronic check when they receive our invoice on or after the 25th of each month for services rendered during the month. We address any additional fees automatically by credit card or electronic check on the day of service.

NOTE: Effective 01 January 2017, Service Level 1 is filled to capacity and is no longer available to new patients. Established patients already at Service Level 1 may elevate temporarily for a maximum period of 60 days their service level to accommodate changing healthcare needs and return to Service Level 1 if desired. Established patients currently at Service Levels 2-4 who wish to move permanently to Service Level 1 may be placed in queue and shall be moved at the earliest possible opportunity.
