In this COVID-19 Era, it’s not simply what you do to exercise. It’s just as important to include what you do once you’ve finished exercising:
A. Run in the Community: 300 Cal in 25 minutes
B. Return Home from the Run: Another 500 Cal in 45 minutes
(Enter garage; disinfect keys, sunglasses, phone and running shoes; de-clothe direct to the washer; shower, re-clothe and re-hydrate; and move clean clothing to dryer; then… a well-deserved nap!)
