Patients of Summit Medicine and Pediatrics PLC may choose to relay personal and confidential medical information to their physician and receive in return advice and instruction regarding their personal and confidential medical information from their physician by email. Summit Medicine and Pediatrics PLC cannot guarantee confidentiality of any medical information sent through servers and devices with which it does not have an agreement for encryption of data, and strongly recommends that patients avoid the use of transmission of confidential medical information through email and telephone text. Any information contained in email and telephone text correspondence will be transferred to the patient’s medical database within seven (7) days and the original email and telephone text correspondence will be deleted from the host server and device.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
